Porsche has launched the new Cayenne at a starting price of Rs. 1.36 crore (ex-showroom), the Coupe can be yours for Rs. 1.42 crore (ex-showroom). The SUV is offered in three colour shades: Algarve Blue Metallic, Montego Blue Metallic, and Arctic Grey. The exterior changes include redesigned front and rear bumpers, a new bonnet, a new headlamp unit with signature DRLs, a new tail lamp setup with a lightbar running the width of the car, and multiple alloy wheel options ranging from 20, 21, and 22-inches.
The Porsche Cayenne houses a 3.0-litre, V6 turbo petrol engine mated to an eight-speed automatic gearbox that makes a good 348 bhp of power and 500 Nm of peak torque. That is 12 bhp and 50 Nm more than the outgoing model. The company claims a 0-100 kmph sprint in 5.4 seconds and a top speed of 248 kmph.
The interior feature list includes a new 12.6-inch curved driver display, a 12.3-inch central information hub, an optional new 10.9-inch passenger touchscreen, USB type-c ports, an air quality system, toggle-style gear selector, a panoramic sunroof, a wireless charging pad, 10-speaker sound system, and ambient lighting among others.
