Prior to the Raahi's release, Ola Electric has some extremely significant announcements planned. Along with new product releases, these disclosures will feature details about the company's upcoming gigafactory. This state-of-the-art facility, which will be used exclusively to produce battery cells, is anticipated to be operational by the end of the current quarter. For this ambitious gigafactory project, Ola Electric has set aside a substantial chunk of money, approximately Rs 1,226 crore.
Ola Electric presently holds a dominant position in the Indian electric two-wheeler industry, with an astounding 41% market share. Motivated by this success, the business plans to introduce the electric autorickshaw Raahi in an effort to grow its market share even more.
