Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre showcases the Mercedes-AMG GT6 concept

Mercedes-Benz has introduced the avant-garde Mercedes-AMG GT6 concept, the AMG Vision Gran Turismo, at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre in Mumbai. This visionary concept car showcases a stunning combination of extreme proportions, sensual contours, and cutting-edge technology, embodying a powerhouse with 583bhp and 800Nm of torque. Displayed at the Cultural Centre until May 2024, the Mercedes-AMG GT6 invites viewers to interact with a video of the car through a QR Code. This unveiling marks the third time Mercedes-Benz has presented a concept car in India, following the Vision Maybach 6 and the Concept EQG.

The vehicle's distinctive design features a long bonnet seamlessly transitioning into a compact greenhouse, creating an aerodynamically efficient water drop shape towards the rear. The rear end is characterized by broad shoulder contours, emphasizing the muscular bodyshell. Angular headlamps with a determined look convey a sense of sportiness and readiness to surge forward. Motorsport details, like release catches on the bonnet and the fuel cap, contribute to the impression of a vehicle built for high performance.

The radiator grille stands out as a reinterpretation of the wide Mercedes-Benz sports car grille with a central star, reminiscent of the legendary 300 SL racing car of 1952. Instead of classic louvers, the show car's grille incorporates LEDs, adding a modern touch to this futuristic concept.
