Hyundai Creta Electric Vs. Normal Hyundai Creta: Major Internal Differences
From the very first glance, the dashboard design of both the Hyundai Creta Electric and the regular Hyundai Creta appears quite similar, featuring a dual-tone theme.
However, the color schemes are where the difference lies. The Creta Electric adopts a fresh black and white theme, while the regular Creta has a more conventional grey and white combination.
A major difference between the two would be the steering wheel. The Creta Electric features a fresh 3-spoke steering wheel with a design similar to the more expensive Hyundai cars like the facelift Tucson, set to come to India.
However, the ICE powered Creta still has not gone through any changes in its previous-gen 4-spoke steering wheel.
The center console is also varying. While the regular Creta comes with an aeroplane-type gear lever, two holders for cup, a switch for the electronic parking brake, as well as switches for seat ventilation, the Creta Electric is much clutter-free -drive mode dial, two cupholders, and buttons for seat ventilation. The drive selector within the Creta electric is placed behind the steering wheel to create a very stylish look. Both the models provide dual integrated displays, a touch-enabled AC-Vent control panel, and a similar overall configuration.
However, purple ambient lighting in the Creta Electric differentiates it from the regular amber illumination of the Creta.
Bluetone seat upholstery is standard with the Creta Electric and the Creta. The front and rear seats will both add a center armrest. The same features include a pair of front-ventilated seats.
Creta Electric, however, has more features that add to the comfort of their passengers which are not available in the regular Creta, such as vehicle to load or V2L, electric boss mode for immediate rear seat passengers, and seat back table. Such features will add much more comfort to the electric version which would further differentiate it from others in passenger space.
Both the Hyundai Creta Electric and standard Creta come loaded with several premium features to make one's driving experience second to none. These premium features include dual 10.25-inch displays for infotainment and instrumentation, an 8-speaker Bose sound system, dual-zone automatic climate control, and an 8-way powered driver's seat. The panoramic sunroof in both cars gives an "open-air" feel to the cabin and also adds to the premium-ness of the car.
Though sharing a common bill of features, specific electric attributes such as vehicle-to-load (v2l), electric boss mode, etc., available in the Creta Electric, meant for electric mobility, add to the passenger experience and enhance the advancement factor, in comparison to its ICE variant.
Hyundai Creta Electric shares many common design features with regular Creta but also has distinguishing features such as a different design for the dashboard and steering wheels textures. Creta electric may have many relatively contemporary upgrades in simplistic layouts and cutting-edge features such as v2l, but the long list of premium features is carried forward from regular Creta. Well, it won't matter if you choose it electric or ICE; both are promising rides equipped very well; it will be environmentally-friendly with Creta Electric.
