Honda Elevate Launched
The Honda Elevate has been launched at a starting price of Rs. 10.99 lakh and the top model will cost Rs. 15.99 lakh, both prices are ex-showroom. The SUV is available in four variants - SV, V, VX, and ZX.
The car shares its underpinnings with the fifth-gen Honda City and is offered with a 1.5-litre, inline four-cylinder, naturally aspirated engine that makes 119 bhp and 145 Nm of torque. Transmission options include a six-speed manual and a CVT. The company claims a fuel efficiency of 15.31 kmpl for the manual and 16.92 kmpl for the CVT unit.
The Honda Elevate measures 4,312 mm in length, 1,790 mm in width and 1,650 mm in height with a wheelbase of 2,650 mm. And it has a ground clearance of 220 mm.
The cabin features a 10.2-inch digital touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 7.0-inch digital instrument cluster with multi-information display (MID), auto climate control, single-pane sunroof, Honda’s ADAS suite that includes collision mitigation braking, adaptive cruise control, and lane departure alert to name a few.
It will be taking on some popular models like the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Volkswagen Taigun, Skoda Slavia, and MG Astor among others.
