  • A minor driving the Vehicle

  • Unallowed racing or speed trials

  • Criminal use of a vehicle

  • Challans that are related to a case in progress

  • Out-of-state or jurisdiction challans

Suppose your E challan was given in Noida, you will not be able to come to Delhi or Gurugram Lok Adalat to decide this, you will have to go to the relevant court of the state where your challan was given.

In order to take part in Lok Adalat:

  • Register at the official portal.

  • Print off your letter about the appointment and token number.

It should be remembered that you have to arrive 30 minutes before your appointment date and bring all appropriate documents, identification with you.
