Compact SUV Showdown: Taigun GT vs Creta N Line vs Seltos X Line – Spec Check

The terrain-moving-compact SUVs are developing soon, the corresponding brands are making the big stride in the pursuit of speed and beauty. VW Taigun GT has been the star of a show from time and again but these two new additions by two famous brands, that is- Hyundai Creta N Line and Kia Seltos X- Line.

After adding to their respective groups the 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine, for both Creta N Line and Seltos X Line, the game had become more advanced with the driver being able to access more power and, at the same time, a car body more sporty. On the other hand, the Taigun still exudes its sporty design with variants such as a 1.0 L engine with 100 PS and a 1.5 L engine with 120 PS, which can be matched with manual or DSGT.

The new Hyundai Creta N Line is devoted to enhancing the vehicle's aesthetics and driving appeal with a sporty look and a dedicated N performance set that puts a spotlight on the red cues. However, the Kia Seltos X Line will keep the audience intrigued with its matte tops, but still, there is a concern for its maintenance. Dielectrically, Seltos X Line is the only one among three competitors to offer the diesel engine, although only in its automatic transmission option.

Regarding engine specifications, and sharing lines in this aspect, all three SUVs use nearly identical arrangements while the power outcomes are slightly different. Although the Creta N Line and Seltos X Line have received a full power spec and a bit more torque, the Taigun and Creta N Line´s manuals transmission option shall be more fun to drive with. Nonetheless, Tiguan transmission is more responsive than its rivals that utilize torque converters.
