Car Discounts Bonanza: Save Up to ₹2 Lakh on Popular Models This Year-End

The festive season may be over, but the auto industry’s exciting discounts and offers are keeping the celebration alive for car buyers. With substantial year-end stockpiles and upcoming model updates, car manufacturers and dealers are offering incredible discounts, exchange bonuses, and corporate benefits.

If you’re dreaming of a new car, now might be the perfect time to drive one home.

Why the Discounts?

The Federation of Auto Dealers Association (FADA) has revealed that dealerships are sitting on a hefty inventory of 75-80 days' worth of stock, valued at approximately ₹75,000 crore. While around 3.3 lakh passenger vehicles were dispatched to dealerships in November, only 1.75 lakh vehicles were retailed in the first 20 days, leaving a significant backlog.

Puneet Gupta of S&P Global Mobility explains, “Year-end discounts are a common strategy to clear old stock, but this year, with unusually high inventory levels, dealers are offering aggressive price cuts to attract buyers.”
