Audi India announced 10-year extended warranty packages.

Audi India has made an announcement of a disruptive step in the luxury car market with a 10-year extended warranty and the extended roadside assistance (RSA) program of 15 years, covering all of Audi's cars. This step is being heralded as one of the most credible after-sales services in the Indian luxury car market.

What is in the 10-year Warranty?

The extended warranty is up to 10 years, which can be acquired at a 1- or 2-year cost depending on the requirements of the customers. It covers every manufacturing fault and also has a coverage of 2 lakh kilometres, which is more than the normal warranty coverage that is allowed by the rest of the flock of luxury carmakers in India. The extension is similar to the normal manufacturer's guarantee in both regard and coverage.

Roadside Assistance: 15 Years of Coverage, a New Industry Standard

The 15 years of RSA service by Audi is providing a 24/7 emergency assistance in India that helps in any place, on national, state and even remote motorable locations. Important services are:

  • Emergency towing to authorised service centres

  • Battery jumpstart, tyre repair, fuel delivery (customer pays for fuel)

  • Technical help for minor faults

  • Spare key drop-off and lockout solutions

  • Hotel accommodation if repairs exceed 72 hours (over 100km from home)

Premium Touches That Elevate the Experience

What sets Audi’s program apart are its premium features, such as:

  • WhatsApp-based service requests

  • Customer updates every 30 minutes during breakdowns

  • Complimentary refreshments for passengers and protective vehicle covers during service

  • Automated email alerts to the nearest dealership during emergencies

Affordable Pricing and Broad Availability

RSA plan costs Rs. 3,999 - Rs. 8,000, depending on the age and the time selected. The new users can take advantage of the benefits now, and old owners can upgrade in accordance with the current warranties of their cars.

The latest offering by Audi India is a clear indication that the company is going to give its people value, assurance, and excellent customer experience; something that would redefine luxury ownership, especially with the modern Indian customer base.
