2024 Skoda Kodiaq Teased

Skoda has been teasing the 2024 Kodiaq with snippets of the SUV in camouflage, the car gets revised styling elements, more features, and new powertrain options. The second-gen Skoda Kodiaq is likely to get a plug-in hybrid unit that includes a 1.5-litre engine and a 25.7 kWh battery which produces a combined output of 202 bhp. The gearbox option may include a six-speed DCT. The company claims a range of 100 km on a single charge for the FWD variant.

There is a 2.0-litre TSI engine that will come coupled to a seven-speed DSG and produces 202 bhp of power. There is a diesel engine on offer as well that produces 203 bhp of power and comes with an all-wheel drive system. The same engine can be had in FWD configuration as well with a power of 150 bhp.

The 2023 Skoda Kodiaq will be offered in five and seven-seat layouts with features like a 12.9-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a 10.25-inch instrument cluster, steering-mounted gear shift lever, multi-zone climate control, and wireless charging pod to name a few.

The upcoming Kodiaq is 4,758 mm long, 1,864 mm wide, and 1,657 mm tall with a wheelbase of 2,791 mm. It is likely to sport a new grille with vertical slats flanked by a new matrix LED headlamp unit. The front bumper comes integrated with a radar sensor, which means that the car is likely to get an ADAS suite.

The on-sale Skoda Kodiaq retails at a starting price of Rs 37.99 lakh and is offered in three variants: Style, Sportline, and Laurin & Klement (L&K).
