The 2023 Hyundai i20 facelift has been launched and the base model will cost Rs. 6.99 lakhs and the top model will cost Rs. 11.01 lakh, both prices are ex-showroom.
It is available in five variants - Era, Magna, Sportz, Asta, and Asta (O). And there are five single-tone colour shades and two dual-tone colour shades on offer - Starry Night, Typhoon Silver, Titan Grey, Atlas White, Fiery Red, and a new Amazon Grey including Fiery Red with a black roof and Atlas White with a black roof.
Exterior highlights include new LED headlamps and DRLs, redesigned front and rear bumpers, tweaked parametric grille, and new 16-inch alloy wheels among others.
Interior features include a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment unit with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a fully digital driver’s dash, USB Type-C ports, Hyundai Bluelink, a seven-speaker Bose sound system, and a flat bottom steering wheel wrapped in leather to name a few.
The safety suite includes Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Hill Assist Control (HAC), Vehicle Stability Management (VSM), Engine Brake Distribution (EBD), six airbags, automatic headlamps, and over 60 connected car features.
The 2023 Hyundai facelift is powered by a 1.2-litre, naturally aspirated, inline four-cylinder engine that comes mated to a five-speed manual or an IVT gearbox. The engine produces 81 bhp and 115 Nm of peak torque.
