• Driving the vehicle without the legal registration- Rs 2000

Differences in Penalties

Nagaland has a strict penalty in most cases. This was introduced recently to ensure that one can eliminate any long-term accidents in Nagaland and have fear and responsibility while driving.

However, Kerala, on the other hand, has got a more strict implementation, and you have to pay the challan within 60 days. Supervision is quite strict during the night hours, so there is not much scope to escape from the situation.
