The gearbox is said to be the most problematic element of the Duster. Customers have reported that the vehicle jolts while changing the gears.
As per the customer feedback, the Duster is expected to cost around Rs. 20,000 in a course of 3-4 years (for general servicing) which is pretty decent for an SUV like this.
The Duster is one of the finest vehicles for long rides. It has that tough behaviour-handling capability. With the powerful 1.3L turbo-charged engine, it can go through all the rough patches and hilly terrains.
In the compact SUV market, it competes with the likes of Hyundai Venue, Maruti Brezza, Tata Nexon, and Kia Sonet. Before these cars intervened, Duster was the uncrowned king of this segment.
Being a compact SUV, it offers quite an appropriate seating position, that is, you sit pretty high. Coming to comfort features, it offers cruise control, Automatic Climate Control, 12V Power sockets, and a Parking assist system.
The top highlights of the vehicle include smart space management, balanced performance, and an enthusiastic engine.
The compact SUV is known to easily cover around 2.25 lac Km without a major service.
According to the latest news in the market, Renault is planning to make a big comeback with a new-gen Duster. This newer model is expected to launch in 2024-25.
As per the claimed mileage and a fuel capacity of 50L, this car can easily go 650-700 Km in a single go.
